Caught!

After weeks of searching for Barbara, Veet finally helps her let go of her old-fashioned ways and embrace change as a modern woman.

Barbara revealed her fab transformation last night at an exclusive pool party at Aquasphere, in Malate, Manila.

"I didn't know about this campaign.  I was surprised when people started following me online, at malls and other public places.  May catch and shoot order pala ako.  Then my friends showed me the promo and they kept urging me to finally go meet VEET and become a modern woman.  But I kept telling them that there is nothing wrong with me.  I shave regularly.  I just don't know why my hair just kept on being thicker.  Sometimes, may nicks and cuts pa, or ingrown hair.  It's a painful process," says Barbara in the reveal party last night.

Now, Barbara says she does not see anything wrong with change.  "I think that all women have to find their confidence and a make over is one of the ways to do so.  You have to be open to improvements on yourself and you have to get more confidence."

After her encounter with Veet, Barbara can't be happier with her transformation.  "Well I'm so happy.  No more hair!  What was I thinking?  This is what beauty feels like.  All the attention when I was the old Barbara was on the old dresses and me being hairy.  Now the attention will be on me, dahil mas maganda na ako.  Veet has helped me discover my beauty," Barbara happily ends.
